Maybe Someday starts off
with a punch, literally. Finding out her
boyfriend of 2 years is cheating on her with no one other than her bestfriend,

across the apartment complex and plays his guitar every night. Sydney listens to him from her balcony and is

acting on what the heart wants, or doing what is right.

Coleen Hoover does it again! She
has such a way of creating unique, interesting characters and perfect original
plots. Her writing is so entertaining
and the humor in this story is typical Hoover style. I fell in love with Ridge
and Sydney's story from the very first page and it had me hooked until the
last.
Every time I read a book by Colleen
Hoover I tell myself there is absolutely no way I am going to love it more than
the previous Hoover book. When I finish
I find myself speechless and completely blown away.
Upon finishing Maybe Someday, I couldn’t even function. The story was told with such charisma and
originality it left me completely at a loss of words. How can I even start a new book after
finishing this one? How am I ever going to be able to let go of Sydney and
Ridge’s story so I can let in new characters? How the hell is Colleen Hoover ever going to be able to top this one?
One thing is for sure, Colleen is
the Queen of Plot Twists and Surprises.
Starting the book I was thrusted into Sydney’s life, my heart was broken
for the girl who “lost two years of her life” being with such a jerk. Not only did she lose her boyfriend, but she
lost her bestfriend as well. Then I meet
Ridge, and oh good God he is the perfect book boyfriend. The chemistry these two have is so intense
and sweet, I could read about them forever.
Please do yourself a favor and pick
up this book… and every other book written by Colleen Hoover. I promise you,
you will NOT be disappointed.
